Our promise

We want your cat to love these as much as we do. If something is not right, we will fix it.

30-day returns

You can return any unused item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong thing.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us within 30 days with a photo and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund — including shipping. No need to send anything back.

Your cat just is not interested?

It happens — cats are cats. Reach out and tell us what went wrong. We would rather hear about it and make it right than have you write us off.

How to start a return

Email Bouncytails3@gmail.com with your order number and what you would like to do. We will reply with return instructions.

Refund timing

Once we receive your return (or approve a photo claim), refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
