Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States.

Shipping rates

Standard Shipping is a flat $4.95 on every order, no matter how much you buy.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order ships, we will email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please reach out.

Wrong address?

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you catch a mistake, email us right away at Bouncytails3@gmail.com — if the order has not shipped yet, we can usually fix it. We are not able to reroute packages once they are in transit.

Lost or damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivered but it never turned up, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right.
